The film, with the working title Pawn Shop, centers on an Antifa siege of a Minneapolis pawn shop amid anti-ICE unrest. On one side: an ICE agent joined by a group of pawn-shop employees and customers. On the other: a rabble of progressive protesters, and eventually a bloodthirsty MS-13 death squad, both intent on rescuing a Hispanic man detained by ICE. It plays out exactly how you’d expect it would.

The film’s first minutes will likely get the most attention. As Pawn Shop opens, two ICE agents in Minneapolis arrest the Latino man, later revealed to be an MS-13 boss. Dimwitted liberal activists film and scuffle with the agents as they try to take their suspect away.

Then the film’s Renée Good stand-in enters, slamming her Subaru into the ICE van. Described with the subtlety of a brick as “MELANIE (40), a fat blue-hair,” the woman, blasting NPR, revs up again and fatally hits ICE agent “Juan” with her car. Then his ICE partner, “Mike,” shoots her in a justifiable killing.

The first shot takes the [sic] Melanie in the neck, below her covid mask. The second in the head, above her covid mask.

They even have to include a symbolic reference to COVID masks being totally ineffective for protection. This is supposed to keeps us safe from viruses? It can’t even stop a couple of 9mm bullets!

Filming hasn’t gone totally quietly in Livingston, Montana, the small town where Pawn Shop is being shot. Locals got their hands on the script, too, and started honking their car horns and attempting other small-scale disruptions to the shoot.

“We want them to know: Don’t come do this shit in our town,” one protester, who asked not to be named for fear of online retaliation, told me.

Always nice to hear about local actions like this.

The Notebook on molly isn’t anywhere near as sad as conservatives trying to be creative. Fuck’s sake.

Creativity is the height of Cool, and nobody is less cool than a MAGA. They really are pathetic, made more so by the fact that they actually believe THEY are always the coolest, smartest guys in the room, when EVERYBODY else in the room recognizes them for the complete Putzes they truly are.

God Awful Movies literally just reviewed the last stupid film these guys did about pro-Palastinian protesters getting used by Muslim terrorists who take over a school.

It’s an incredibly dumb and hateful movie worth laughing at, and I’m sure this one will be too.

God Awful Movies literally just reviewed the last stupid film

Every podcaster jumped on this movie, because it’s so easy to tear apart. Idk who else bothered to watch it, outside the die-hard incels that give Ben Shapiro money to hear him speak.

It’s an incredibly dumb and hateful movie worth laughing at

The irony of the movie is that conservatives sympathize with their fantasy Muslim terrorist. The bad guy just stands up and says all the things Benny Johnson and Ben Shapiro actually believe.

No Jewish person ever dies in the movie. No chud dies. Only the Stupid Leftists ever have anything bad happen to them.

Jihadism is like Noah’s Flood. It’s a divine punishment that only hurts those damned leftists.

Now that you mentioned it, it did just came out. Although at some point you’ll die by contact damage just by listening to too many podcasts reviewing it, haha.

“MELANIE (40), a fat blue-hair,” the woman, blasting NPR, revs up again and fatally hits ICE agent

If they don’t blast the “All Things Considered” music in that scene then they have no sense of comedy.

Just saw that documentary about Janitors stating Peter Dinklage.

The film is, at its core, about the erasure of invisible labor. A man whose name is never spoken on camera, whose body is disposed of like the waste he handled, whose only tool is a mop.

The mutation, the green skin, the mop-wielding violence, that’s subtext. It’s the film’s way of saying: this is what happens when a janitor is finally seen. The corporate villain, the band, the hostage rescue, the serum, all of it is just the set dressing of a workplace where the person on the floor is the only one who actually keeps things running, and the company’s answer to that is a waste pit.

(Just kidding, it’s a hilarious gorefest)

I may have been somewhat inTOXICated myself when watching it, but as a fan of camp / old scifi I found it entertaining, hard to re capture the true raw nonsense of the original, but it’s a modern remake…

              Schlock and awe.

Every day they are being told they are going to have to kill their friends and family who disagree with them. They have been told this might happen, by the church since they were born. They are being told this will happen, now by the magat machine.

Everyone would do well to listen to this that is being said to them over and over and over.
