You have progressed to the dungeon and face a door protected with a riddle. You look up expecting two gargoyles guarding it but instead find two Elizabeth Holmes staring at you intensely.

    Fuck.

I mean. It’s just like a social cue of purity and innocence.

Like the blonde hair blue eyes child.

        It’s an old archetype.

But I think it makes them look bizarre.

Erika Kirk also wears bright blue contacts.

        It’s weird.

Cosplay or occasional dress up blue lenses are fine. But they wear them for the same reason convicts wear glasses in court.

It’s to try to manipulate with their appearance. To look innocent.

            You can see them.

So the thing about contact lenses is they sit on the surface of the eye. Whereas the iris is behind the cornea.

So when someone wears colored lenses , you can usually tell because it looks slightly weird. The stronger the color , the more you can tell.

Also the pupil size is locked basically so pupils will be identical size regardless of lighting. But the iris changes for lighting and changes the eye color because the center is darker. So you always see a dark offset of color near the area around the pupil. You don’t see that with color contact lenses. Even the ones that try to mimic it aren’t very good at it.

Another clue is the color. No one has cobalt blue eyes. That’s not a real color.

Blue gray colors exist. And very light blue. But not high saturated blues.

Looking at older photos of her, it looks like she has blue eyes. But they are dark gray blue. Not bright saturated blue. It’s clear she’s wearing colored contacts in pretty old photos. She’s been wearing them as long as the turtleneck so dunno her true color.

Ones that are mostly transparent with a little tint are harder to tell. But you can from a side view.

Old photo from early years. Clearly colored contacts.

            Example of normal human eyes.

Somehow she looks younger. Honestly, that turtleneck photo is what I’m used to seeing her looking like so seeing her in the trailer I did not clock it was her at first.
