Alberta premier Danielle Smith said just because a report on Alberta Next was released late on a Friday afternoon on the cusp of Christmas holidays means her government would rather not talk about it.
Why wouldn’t she talk about a report that recommends doing everything she put it in place to recommend? Despite the unpopularity of each recommendation?
Probably because she’s leader number 2 that is quickly coming to the realization that she’s lost control of the asylum. Not that she’s not also a member, but holy fuck the internal politics of this party must absolutely be insane. You can’t even keep up with it, it’s in a constant state of chaos and bad actors trying to Out-Machiavellian the others.
I don’t think that is just an Alberta thing, the conservatives in BC are self destructing with gusto too, probably not much better in the rest of the country either. I’m loving every minute of it, what a miserable, selfish, degenerate bunch of scumbags.
