      So, you take a green ass banana, peel it, slice it up, deep fry it, drizzle some salt over it, delicious :)) (also, we ain’t got no plantains in the villages of southern Germany, I improvised).

          They’re related. Plantain is much larger and startchier. They don’t ever get sweet enough to eat raw on their own. But fried they’re awesome.

            Agreed. Loved fried plantain. I just thought they looked too small to be plantain in the picture.

        I can’t get plantains where I live, so I used actual bananas, but green, unripened.
