      My local gym had all the tvs near the treadmills set to various political news entertainment stations (fox, CNN, etc.).

      I typically sat in front of fox and let the ragebait fuel my running. It’s interesting how emotions can make you exercise better.

        Man I listened to RATM for my entire run yesterday and I knocked a full minute off my 5k time because it got me so fired up. Definitely related to everything in the news.
