You may already know this, and obviously I have no idea where you are or what your land is like, but it may be worth looking into keystone plants and invasives in your area. If you’re rewilding the plot, having a solid amount of keystone species can accelerate the restoration of the land. And removing invasives will ensure that your keystone plants aren’t outcompeted.
