Along similar lines to the previous gothy comment, much of Borusiade’s music fits in this category, being a mix of EBM and ambient influences. Check out Breathe as an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rj7L9RGr4p8
Exactly my same combo with Vivaldi a Chromium backup
Aegis, Bitwarden, Librewolf, Mullvad and MEGA on my desktop
Of all time, The Cure’s Disintegration. Lately, it’s been Kangding Ray’s Zero. Exactly what you need from a great techno record
I still remember when Double Negative was released, knocked me off my feet even as a long time fan of records like that and TWLITF. RIP Mimi 😢
Still miss foobar which isn’t on Linux, though deadbeef is fairly similar at least. Never got the hang of all the beautiful themes/skins users put together for foobar but it was still my go to music player. Excellent layout customisation, tagging and conversion UI, as well as as nice range of plugins
At least you can have separate pages for artists with the same name on streaming services, it’s been a nightmare on last.fm since it’s/audioscrobbler’s inception. I know, I know, what year is it?!
Thanks for this, from a non techie
I cancelled my 2TB sub and moved to MEGA because the CASA requirements meant CDisplayEx (comic reader) also had to drop Google Drive integration. Good timing as I was deGoogling over other areas like email, browser, etc
Indeed, looking forward to gaming on PopOS Cosmic beta next year
Well that sucks, ironically I connected my C2 to the net for the NFL gamepass sub I’m actually paying for. Guess it’s back to illegal streams on the desktop PC
Waiting for the reviews
Mobile plans as standard here (in the UK) offer SMS for free, can’t remember when they used to routinely charge tbh. But I think I only text my dad as he’s very old school, everyone else is Signal/WhatsApp/Telegram
Fwiw, I’ve had no issues playing CS2 on either with my old (3700x/1080ti) or newer setup (5800X3D/7900XTX) with PopOS. The first doesn’t seem too far away from your rig, have you tried switching the Nvidia driver you’re on? I think Turing is fine with 560?
I smell a class action lawsuit brewing
Does your display specifically support HDR? If not it doesn’t matter whether the codecs/media/metadata support it, you won’t gain from it
To be fair I’ve had no issues, just trying to degoogle slowly
