How many people did the construction crew start and end with… If it’s a difference of one…

That is one reason another is one my company does often. See in most cases you get hired as a contractor, so no pto no benefits no holiday pay etc. So let’s say a manager has a contractor who is really good and they want to make them a permanent employee. First they have to convince upper management that the manager deserves a full time employee. Now they have to create a job offer, open to all internal and external applicants. They need to collect/sort resumes, they then select a series of people to interview. Now in 99% of cases the recipient is already choosen and the interviews don’t matter but they have to put on a show. Then the manager has to explain why the other applicants are worse and the employee who is still a contractor actually deserves the permanent position. Then only then will the contractor be offered a employee position.
Also we must keep 20% of all the workforce at each site as contractors. So full time positions only appear when either a bunch of contractors are hired or employees quit either of which throws off the ratio. We have lost many great employees due to this policy.
Schrodinger’s washed hands
It’s a great time as space age aka 2.0 just released. If you’re the type to get absorbed into min/maxing stuff, remember to say goodbye and I love you to your family before launching factorio.
Even in tech circles, the financial health of a company and the removement of c-suite executives is still rather niche interests, hence the explanation.
I’m doing it in python. I was going to do c# since I’m more used to it but python is better for small scripts like these. It’s also my first year of doing it and yeah I really need to improve my coding style.
I think antimony is what the last CEO of Intel used /s
If you don’t get it antimony kinda looks like anti-money which would be like the opposite of money and intel lost a bunch of money recently.

It’s doesn’t say anything good about your navy but really doesn’t say anything good about your AUTOpilot.
Darn… I was going to make the same joke!
I am a mid to early melenial. I was born in 1986. My first time concerned about the future was y2k. Yes, nothing ended up happening but it was a lot of doom and gloom(and long hours for the people preventing the doom and gloom becoming reality). I remember freshman year of hs when September 11th happened. Most of my friends graduated college in 2008-2009 during the financial collapse. We recover but significantly struggling more than expected and more than our parents. Now in the background there is still the Afghanistan and Iraq wars which seem to be at a stale mate.
The you have the chronic issues… Aids appeared in the 80s, probably never to leave. Global warming… Need I say more?.. The multiple diseases spreading like Sars.
Then you have the crazies pushing that a apocalypse will occur in 2012.
We get out of that all and enter into trump. Then covid 19 occurs. Now inflation.
What do we have to look forward to? The housing bubble collapse. Increase global warming. Automation reshaping the job land scape. The loss of the ability to truly own something. The same wage as 30 years ago with prices exponentially growing.
It was the golden age before mellenials… We just hung on through the downfall…
Fuck now I’m depressed…
You forgot to include the most important phrase… “I use arch BTW” :)
So really it’s in a few days iwfu(I will fuck up)
Not me but a former Co worker was bitten by something unknown. He went out fishing, I don’t know if alcohol was included but I wouldn’t be surprised. He got home and noticed two puncture wounds on the back of his leg. Over the next few days his leg really hurt, he went to the doctor was basically told it’s just a little inflamed here’s some ibuprofen.
Another week goes by still in pain so he goes back. Might be a mild infection heres some antibiotics.
A few days go by and pain is getting worse. He goes to hospital. The check him out, he is going into sepsis and his kidneys and liver are shutting down. They put him in a medical induced coma. Once they stabilize him they run more tests, they find stage 4 lung cancer. They send him to some cancer hospital in Kentucky. He arrives late at night(still in coma). They put him in a room. They check on him the next morning and he is dead.
Granted but still bad naming convension. In comparison which is better Playstation 4 or Playstation 5?
Yeah, I understand the whole different kernal thing but that’s the type of thing that the average consumer shouldn’t have to know to follow your program naming scheme.
If this was named Mario I would check myself with a psychologist.
