To me, a burrito is a subset of wrap (which is a subset of sandwich).

A burrito is a wrap using a tortilla base and usually has texmex (or similar) fillings.

I would call your thing a wrap (non specific), but ultimately it doesn’t matter what it’s called so long as it’s yummy and people understand what you are talking about

American culture usually measures this as what gets done (work, chores and errands, creation of things, etc). I think that this is sort sighted. It can be productive to rest and instead produce energy in order to do other things later.
