Why are you in so many group chats though? Just cliquish behaviors.

You can just tailor what you want to see. That’s the point of having internet on your TV.
For the Magicians, the cause of the time loop was fucking hilarious.
Spoiler below!!!
The destruction of Earth lead to the breaking of a magic seal meant to hold an Eldritch being. Whales made this seal long ago, and whenever it breaks, it reverses time so that the breaking is undone. Whales are OP wizards.
“Waitformewaitforme… Where are we going???”
Yep, that’s a shit post.
Personally I’d love to talk about what her hobbies were or simply how living would have been different. That setting though definitely makes for some interesting questions.
She could have been insulated from the war or just tried to ignore it but it’d be neat to ask what the opinions in her community were about it (or her own!). Also what changed in her lifestyle as a result of the start of the war and the end of it.
I believe for the first Outer Worlds it was multiplatform because it was published by Private Division (owned by 2K at the time), not Microsoft. Obsidian wasn’t owned by Microsoft yet when the game was being developed. Of course, it just makes businesses sense to release the sequel on PS5 too for more money from sales.
You can still get short games, you just won’t find them from AAA developers anymore because publishers want big games with bigger profits. Titanfall 2 was a great campaign even if short, but Halo 5 was the last short game we had and people threw a shit storm (rightly, it wasn’t near the quality of TF2 and had other issues).
If you want short games, the indie space has you covered. Always small games out there releasing.
And game devs have certainly not become inefficient, it’s just the standards of quality are higher. People still want more complex, better looking games. And I don’t mean just graphics; unique art styles are all the rage. Games like Balatro and Cruelty Squad prove graphics aren’t everything as long as you keep a cohesive style and have good gameplay to back it up.
Personally though I avoid small games. I’ve had my fill of them growing up, I’d rather play big games with open worlds and all that jazz. I want to be invested in these worlds not play and forget.
Yeah, games take time to make. It’s good that they have more content now. Do you not remember how short campaigns used to be?
I was trying to think of one since I feel the opposite most of the time. This one did surprise me with the length. You think the end is approaching, but some more bullshit is ejected at Niko every time. The main quests takes a lot of detours (in a good way). There isn’t just one villain and you help/fight tons of different factions across the islands.
It’s neat that she was honest with you and didn’t get mad for a silly mistake either.
It must have been awful discovering this.
I’ve only drank alcohol once and it wasn’t enough to get drunk. Was one of those fancy drinks that had rum and vanilla(?), very sweet. Had to pace myself though because it kept burning my throat. Probably wasn’t much since I never felt anything afterward.
Thanks for making this timeline because whenever news is brought up about the troubles behind this series I’m so confused on how they’ve structured their releases.
Yeah I’d already been into sci-fi stuff and had been watching other Sy-Fy “horror” movies at the time. This episode really nailed the feeling though and lives rent free in my mind whenever the consequences of teleportation are brought up.
That image is just cracking me up for some reason.
No Man’s Sky trailers for updates are pretty good. Always watch them even if I don’t play it much. All gameplay, great transitions, great background music.
This was actually the first ever Star Trek episode I’d seen and terrified me. Avoided the show(s) for a few years because of it.
The comedic bits were one of the few highlights for me in TLJ. Weird how positive you came out of it. RoS was one of the few movies I’ve watched where I dislike it during the middle of the runtime. I thought the online reception of it was exaggerated but I came out thinking “I get it now”.
Also, the plot points you mentioned I wanted to like when they were shown but they were always a let down. Like the Palpatine fight with the cultists watching was so thematic but the actual fight was so bad. The light saber toss with the psychic link was cool though (even if it did make my eyebrow raise out of my forehead in how odd the rules are for it).
Pretty much. Not sure why OP is surprised.
