Will I enjoy Persona 5 if I didn’t like all the grinding in Persona 4? I liked the cutscenes, the characters, the gameplay, the music but at some point you just keep doing the same dungeon over and over again and I just quit there.

Bought part 1 and 2 recently. Didn’t have a chance to play it yet but heard good things about it.
People with disabilities would like a word with you.
For 130€ I would have taken the remarkable 2 as well, unfortunately used offers start at 350€ here. As for new, the PineNote is actually cheaper than the remarkable 2.
I ordered a PineNote last week.
I was thinking about purchasing a remarkable 2 or a Boox Note Air 4C before but in the end I would have to tinker with all of them to get a setup that meets my needs so I just went with the most open variant.
I hope the hardware is up to the task but just reading through the specs it seems pretty similar to the remarkable 2.
Out of interest, what happened to your first remarkable 2 that you had to replace it?
I mean, it’s serviceable if all you do is gaming
You answered your own question. For some devices, gaming is all they need to do.
It feels as if Steam is doing everything in its power to keep me from leaving it and punishes me for daring to try
Does it? EmuDeck, Heroic and Lutris integrate directly into Steam. With a single click you can add a shortcut in your Steam library. Same goes for adding any desktop shortcut with a right click.
I’m not sure how they can make it any easier unless somebody like GOG bothers to do some work themselves.
HDCP is such a massive failure that I still wonder why they try again every single time. The only thing it does is impede customers.
The solution Valve is seemingly hoping for is that, by disclosing kernel-level anti-cheat on the store page, such a solution becomes poison in the marketplace and developers choose a different one.
Honestly, I wish they were more aggressive with it. Make the warning banners about kernel-level anti-cheat bright red and put it right above the purchase button like the “needs VR headset” warning.
You need to convert from blinks per square feet to metric first.
I just grabbed all GOG keys with my trial, worked perfectly fine.
Thanks Jeff, very cool.
I’m 95% there, I just need Docker Swarm to support IPv6 without breaking as soon as it is enabled.
That’s disappointing, Discover is pretty neat.
On the other hand, with the Steam Deck sparking competition in the PC handheld market again, PC gaming has never been easier or cheaper to get into. Especially with used units starting to hit the market.
It wasn’t mentioned yet: Abiotic Factor is essentially Half-Life 1 but with coop.
If you have a friend or two interested in the same type of game I can only recommend it.
Isn’t it running plain KDE? If so, Discover is included.
Sayonara Wild Hearts was such an unexpected banger to play through. I still hope they make another one.
I’ve gotten stuck on a boss, closed the game thinking “I hate soulslike games, this was a waste of money,” and then beat the boss on my first try the next day.
Ah yes, the classic Souls experience.
It’s super satisfying.
It is, being in a 5 minute sword fight with swords clashing all the time is really rewarding. Many of my favorite Souls bosses are from Sekiro.
Isn’t Foundry just a website? What’s stopping you from putting a browser window on your second monitor?
I check youtube for replacement videos for battery and screen
You already lost me there. My times of looking up video guides on how to repair my phone are over, I can replace the battery with my hands and the screen is mounted with 8 screws. OEM parts can be ordered directly from Fairphone and arrive within 2 days.
all replacements done with chinese parts, ultra-cheap and locally available.
It is incredibly difficult to get OEM parts for many phones, you never know if it is a good part until you actually have it in your hand. In some cases it doesn’t matter but I have never seen a cheap third party screen which comes close to the original.
I figure I’m doing everyone a service by repurposing a discarded 5 year old phone.
You are, the best phone for the environment is an old phone.
I read that Pathologic 2 is a sequel and a remaster at the same time somehow and you should still play both? Would you recommend starting with 1 or 2 for a newcomer?
