Same I’ve been to so many furcons and it’s a fandom full of geeks and nerds. The creativity of the community is awesome and it’s something you don’t see in any other fandoms. Them fursuits do be crazy expensive too and it’s really just a form of cosplay which is what people don’t understand.

Doesn’t matter if it’s not enforced. We have no holding phone rules in GA and I routinely see people using their phones while driving.

1·2 years agoYeah I remember the limit for number of free songs you could upload was like 50000 which was an insane amount
You can try buying an android tv box or hooking up your laptop+wireless keyboard to a hotel TV and install adblock that way.
I cancelled yt music subscription today after hearing about the price increase. Musi is a much better iOS app than yt music anyway bc the interface is simpler and it actually lets me play all the music while yt music is like you can’t play this song right now due to copyright.
We’d need something more unique otherwise ppl would think it’s just a reddit ripoff.
2·2 years agoYeah I’m fine. I’m just saying that bc I remember I was spending so much time gaming or surfing the internet during covid when I could’ve been learning something new. I’m sure most ppl felt (or still feel) the same way.
Covid has made me realize that no matter how much free time I have, I’d rather do nothing at all than pick up something new.
What keyboard are you using?
Is it part of the office line or gaming line? I know for software, office line uses logitech options while gaming uses g hub (but they both suck)
1·2 years agoYeah and lemmy still shows upvotes even if you get downvoted. Also it doesn’t automatically hide your comment if you get negative votes which I find annoying on Reddit
Every fandom has that NSFW side and it’s not specific to furries. There’s plenty of SFW furry art like the animation memes you see on youtube and websites like artfight. If you don’t want to see the NSFW stuff then just avoid going on those sites or communities; it’s really not that hard.
