Remember everybody. Get a vpn with a node in albania. Youtube cannot force a signin or display ads to people in albania.
Its really that simple.

I do volunteer work for nonprofits. Its amazing that normal people think we are swimming in cash… newsflash, we are not.
The IT budget is nothing so alot of what i do is setup open source stuff to meet needs…think libreoffice erc.
External storage for large backups is not on the table. And no one wants the reaponsibilty of shuffling external backup drives to and from.

My city lets you do this…maybe its not common. But here i can request all kinds of info from garbage collection right up to all info on Flock installations.
South florida

We need 1 good lawyer to take up the ‘Flock is stalking me’ case. Prove mass surveillance = stalking.
Citrus-y. Kinda like a watered down orange.
Im in 10 actually.

Our taxes paid for that footage. It belongs to all of us. Period.
We need representatives with some backbone

Wrong. Never download and install any wifi profile package, escpecially if it has certs to install. That is just asking to have all your traffic decrypted and data taken.

Have you gotten ardour to accept input from guitarx’s USB interface? I hate falling g back to windows stuff for audio recording.

In the 70s, every kid in the he area knew every other kid. The mother’s all knew each other or at least had phone numbers. Weekends and summers we would go play all day, sometimes in 1 house. The whole neighborhood looked out for all of us. If a mother needed to find a kid, just start calling the list of mothers. Regardless, when the streetlights came on, that was the signal to go home.
No one questioned it. That’s the way it was. We would play football in the streets and move aside for cars. We would drink from the garden hose. Every kid played… There was even one kid missing a leg who used a fake limb, we let him at football with the rest of us (granted he played line), but he was one of us.
Miss those days

Giving up freedom for security…yadda yadda
Hard counter those efforts with detailed Info on high ranking officials from flock data through FOIA. Educate themasses on what’s is being watched and how all data is combined into a detailed profile

Win 2000 was the shit. Last one I liked.

If everything was already displayed, then the clicks per hour data point wouldn’t be enough to get the new marketing hire their bonus for that mafe IP metric

In the US, when I was looking for a house, I favored any that were on the same grid as the local hospital. It ensured that after a hurricane or whatever, I would get power restored quickly.
Just 1more perk

Gave me the idea to do a FOIA on all flock hits on the mayors car. Simple enough to create a image showing where he goes, how long he stays, patterns, stores he visits, where he eats, his Bluetooth devices,WiFi devices, maybe some MAC addresses.
See how he feels about that being perfectly legal.

Let others have the promotions. So long as I get to be 100% remote, who cares if you get some fancy title and a pittance for a raise. Not driving, not wearing suits, having my dog next to me all day, having my own bathroom, not buying lunch everyday, and especially not having to make forced smalltalk with people.

Smart TVs do not magically connect to your WiFi without credentials.
Now if there is an open WiFi available, that might be a way or if the TV has a deal with a carrier to use all that open automatic WiFi.
Concerts.
In the 90s youd go to the record store that had a ticket kiosk. Tickets were 10 to 20 dollars, youd get a printed ticket.
Now it just sucks. Venues add fees, ticketmaster fees double the price, printing fees, sometimes you cant even get the digital ticket until the day of and hope nithing goes wrong.
It all just sucks now.
I go down to my local dive bar and watch some local guys play rock and blues…for tips.
