It’s the deliberate removal of any conscience from our governing system, and we all can look at history and understand why that’s happening and what it means for the future.

Americans could benefit from a better diet.

Sadly, yes, living a healthier lifestyle is going to be a person’s best option in the wake of health care being even more enshittified.

Hard to do in a nation where there are food deserts, gym memberships a luxury, and the nearest health care provider is upwards of 50 miles away.

This, to me, stinks of the same garbage people are fed about recycling, when we all know that it’s the billionaire class and their institutional, astronomical waste and energy usage that is the real problem, not individuals tossing out the dozen soda cans they drink in a week.

I saw this yesterday and had to re-read it a couple of times to make my brain grasp that, yes, the plague is still a thing.

This reminds me of a friend of mine in New York City who had a bedbug infestation that got into a rare book collection. He ended up sealing up and bagging the books up for two years in order to suffocate them all to death.
