It doesn’t always happen even with both devices being 2.1 and the cable being 2.1, lol. But stating that HDMI revisions are not backwards compatible just simply isn’t true.

I don’t think that’s correct. You won’t be able to use 4k60hz with 1.4 that’s for sure, but unless the device only supports like 60hz, it should work if you lower it to 1080p 24hz or whatever fits within the 1.4 bandwidths parameters.

So yea it could be slower than your home network probably since you’re limited to current mobile data/mobile wifi speeds and the extra latency from tunneling back home. This is in terms of download speed.

1. Download PiVPN on the rPi

2. Set up a client

3. Download wireguard app on mobile

4. Import config you generated in step 2

You’re not listening to what I said. I said that most people will buy the game and there is not a damn thing you can do about it. Most people are fucking idiots.
