tldr command
andapropos
to your advantage.Everything will seem difficult when you’re not used to it and are changing habit, it’s not just a GUI to CLI thing.

Edit: nvm got it I think it’s Point & Click Interface

Inb4 “but I don’t have to worry about it cause I don’t have sex” we know, but that’s not the only thing they gather data on.

Cars shouldn’t have internet and there should be less cars. In total absence of offline cars (meaning no used cars, nothing at all), use bikes and public transportation if you can.
I mean you literally asked for an alternative and I gave you one.

We had this in the west as well when I was a kid. It was called fus-ro-dahing or something.
Besides, the real command is
rm -fr ~
Use an easy to use immutable distro like Fedora silverblue
Tbf not letting the average windows user turn off windows defender is a good idea

I honestly don’t see this thorough testing. Not for a lot of apps I use anyway. It’s normal tbf even with 2 year you can’t thoroughly test every package for every bug, so you’re stuck with very old bugs a lot more often than people think. And on top of that some packages are so old that instructions you find on their git pages or wherever are too new and don’t work.
Could someone remind me what the appeal behind Void is exactly?
I use Arch btw
EuroNutellaMan@lemmy.worldto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Why are so many Pro-Palestine (I am pro-Palestine and anti-genocide) Americans refusing to vote for Harris due to her stance on Israel?68·7 months agoThey can’t be arsed to choose pragmatically between two bad candidates when voting and we’re to believe they can do a revolution that involves several harder choices? Do these people think revolutions are easy walks in the park where you never have to make hard choices like, for example, killing your neighbors for being in the way of the revolution or how to handle POWs, etc.
Some people assume that voting and political activism are mutually exclusive, these people are stupid and won’t win a revolution. These two things are not mutually exclusive, voting doesn’t stop you from protesting and being politically engaged and vice versa.

Got any advice for me?English8·7 months agoIgnore the advice you saw in this thread, except for the one about trying the DLCs, and enjoy the game however you wanna play it. Romance both options if you want, be a terrible dad if you’re so inclined, etc. Have fun, it’s your first playthrough so enjoy it unspoiled ane cherish it, you will love it and go for a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and maybe even more runs and you can minmax things later on in these runs.
The only thing I’d say you shouldn’t do is skip the dialogue and cutscenes, and sidequests. This game has a very well-crafted story (which is the main attraction) and that goes also for the sidequests so enjoy them fully.
Me, Vanu medic. I loved the massive battles man.
Unfortunately I don’t play anymore because I barely have time to game and the latest news from the game unfortunately show me it is a dying game, sonI’d rather keep the good memories and play something else when I have time sadly.
