The ability to sew anything. I love to binge sewing vids so being able to take some scraps and make cool shit would be amazing.

I’ve never seen Firefly.
Lately it’s been the Black Clover anime.
Journey to The West was my gateway into Chinese mythology. It has been retold many times in many different ways and languages. It was an introduction to a fascinating world very different than (for me) worn out western tropes.
I love learning about Chinese culture both real and mythological. I am learning some mandarin on the side and hope to take a trip to mainland China someday.
I tell them “Looking good, Miss Lady!”
Probably the one where my dad died two days before Xmas. The upside was being last minute invited into my extended family’s celebrations. After spending two days in hospitals, in shock and mourning walking into a warm, cheery home with food and love will always be a cherished memory in what was otherwise the worst episode of my life.
I’d be fine every where I go unless there’s a lot of religious people around.

Actually I really like the idea that I will die and join the legions of humans who lived interesting lives and disappeared in the sands of time.
I’m old and I like my life well enough to not want to fuck with changing things. But your rule about merging memories - I’d absolutely love to go back to any holiday in my childhood when I could see my dad, cousin, and grandma one more time. I could come back with fresh memories of them all healthy and happy. I’d sell my soul for that.
This would be me if I took the three squares with free housing and healthcare route.
Excuse me, I plan to die at the beginning of the Climate Wars - hopefully in a spectacularly stupid way.
Tailgating, racing other drivers, quick jerk lane changes, speeding more than ten mph over the limit, last minute braking.
It’s been years but I still remember the smell.
My closest circle reflects the prevailing view here on Lemmy. I don’t go out much so the only other people I’ve interacted with are people who work in the same fiefdom that I do so no one mentions it.
I loved Cow and Chicken. The Red Guy was the best, I loved how he had lil butt cheeks you could see and went by names like “Mr Pants”.
Glue factory or canned dog food is a perfect fit for them.
