Stop giving EA money. It’s not that hard. I haven’t given them money for 10 years.

Free as in herpes.
Only one season but I thought Bunheads was a kickass show.
Most smaller brands don’t have the excess funds to lobby, etc.
Insufficient virtue signaling. Not enough teen pregnancy to continue the cycle of poverty.
Not sure I’ve seen the same latency with installing things but I’ve also layered very little. Doing things the immutable way is definitely more challenging but I don’t mind the challenge. I think I have more fun configuring than actually using my system.
I’ve been mostly happy with Bazzite (Fedora based) but sometimes the immutability aspect can be frustrating. I might say any old distro with a regular Timeshift backup is good enough. OP already said they tried Mint, which works well with Timeshift, and I don’t know if it’s improved with it’s update frequency.
Wouldn’t surprise me if the instructors were brand new or temporary. Even the caretakers at my son’s daycare know enough about his behavior to tell when a meltdown is more than a meltdown. I can’t imagine a child willingly crying, on the floor, for 30 mins without at least calling the parents who would know for sure if this is unusual behavior.
This is all to say funding might be a core issue if they can’t afford to pay the good ones to stick around.
Converting CO² back to O² by atom smashing.
Anyone know if Google Voice is encrypted? I can read copies of my texts online so I’m thinking no. I’ve felt like the service has outlived its usefulness for me and that would be the final straw.
I agree. This can’t be the solution. It also doesn’t not have to be part of it either.
With a bit of a double-entendre, “It powers the world”, since it’s the most common server platform.
More funny: “It’s not an OS. It’s a hobby.”
I call it a “necessary evil”.
Yarn and Tamagotchi. 😒
All I know is that your possessions tend to grow to match your surroundings. I used to live in 1100sqft and now I live in double that. Everything got bigger and more numerous. It’s really hard not to desire variety in your surroundings and to have everything you want at your fingertips.
This one also a bit chilling:
A data scientist can tell most of someone’s life story given their zip code, and we try not to think too hard about why that’s always the most predictive feature in the model.
Ugh. So it looks like I can’t even do this with Termux. Gotta dig out one of my few cables that does data transfer.
I get to sleep in on Sundays. Otherwise it’s basically the same as how I was brought up.
As the speaker of an English language me can tell you is not a difficult.
Religion is a major component I’m sure but overall parents probably don’t want their ideals and norms challenged in their own house. This is probably why people (on the right) say that college liberalized their kids. No, college teaches you how to think and pursue answers to your own questions. Not our fault your ideals are based on tradition and ignorance.
