Sad to see that many people in the larger subreddits don’t care about any of this. I guess it’s fine; I guess you don’t truly know what you have until you loose it.

The folks over at r/RedditAlternatives don’t seem to be liking the idea of the Fediverse (Lemmy, Kbin, etc) all that much. At the end of the day, perhaps seeing the Fediverse as an alternative to Reddit is not the right mindset, because while the Fediverse sounds pretty good in theory, it still has some flaws that need to be ironed out.
But I think it’s also fine that the Fediverse isn’t for everyone. As long as we can keep a healthy community here, with nice content and discussions, we don’t need to be a “replacement”. I’m personally enjoying this so far, and Im eager to see how this will evolve!
Somos una minoría pequeña en el Internet. Tomará bastante para que el Fediverso sea popular entre la comunidad latinoamericana y española
I feel like Jerboa for Lemmy (Android’s Lemmy App) could benefit from some of these suggestions as well, so hopefully the dev is also taking a look at this thread xd.
Gonna copy from a previous comment I posted
It’s not obvious where you are supposed to login; I struggled to find it at first too. Open your hamburger menu on the left, and at the top you should see a little arrow pointing down. Click it, and a new button should appear called “Add Account”, and click it.
There, you can select what Lemmy instance you want to login with, then put your E-mail and password.
What exactly happens when you try to login?
This looks so good man. As someone who used to play Cities Skylines in console and then in PC, I’m very excited to get my hands on this once it comes out. That is, if the game is actually stable at launch xd. Can’t be trustful these days with how triple A gaming has gotten.
Oh nice, thank you for letting me know
Nice. Thanks for the response 👍
Will this update show up in PlayStore? Don’t seem to have it yet
Ah, I didn’t know that. Thanks for the clarification xd
I used Chrome for the longest time, before finding out about it dropping for adblockers. I decided to give Firefox a try, and I can honestly say that I prefer it a lot over Chrome. The advantages are too many to list here xd.
Thanks for the answers guys. I just made my first contribution to add spanish translations :)
