Since your playlist is kinda vague, I’ll throw in a few tunes that sound apocalyptic rather than being explicitly about it. Perhaps you’ll like them regardless of the content.
-
Cyclotimia’s ‘Same Place’ and maybe ‘Leviathan’
-
cEvin Key: ‘Beauty Is the Enemy’ (kinda NSFL video, although it’s evidently faked)
-
maybe Laibach’s ‘Als Geist’
-
György Ligeti: ‘Lux Aeterna’ and other compositions
-
Dead Can Dance: ‘The Host of Seraphim’
-
Philip Glass: ‘Pruit Igoe’
-
Julee Cruise: e.g. ‘Into the Night’
-
Mazzy Star: ‘Mary Of Silence’
Thanks! Yeah, definitely always looking for more songs to add. And yeah it’s a vague concept. Just generally it’s music that’s either about the end of the world like black hole sun, preaching the end of the world, etc. or songs that totally fit the vibe. (Na, Na, Na, Naaaa. Hey, Hey, Heeyyy! Good byyee!) Etc.

Aphrodite’s Child’s whole album ‘666’ is about that.
Orbital it better. Enjoy.
