    It’s already really hot here, can’t wait to see what July and August bring.

    Lots of new ac units as people move and build more housing, so I expect the numbers will continue to rise.

      We had our power go out briefly Sunday night, with some lows at 80 and highs in the 100s an extended outrage would just be brutal

    I feel like we are going to keep seeing these records being broken for a while thanks to climate change. The question is are we going to do anything to increase the resilience of the grid or wave our hands at the issue. Unfortunately we are only doing the latter at this point in time.

    111f south of SA on Friday. Next Tuesday looking at 114. Broke a record yesterday. Probably keep breaking records all month.

      Brutal, was in the upper deck of Minute Maid last night and it felt like even the AC couldn’t keep up, was very uncomfortable
