I just went to the page and it looks as though the reviews are being hidden… I checked some other apps, namely 3rd party reddit apps and the review section was still intact. Anyone else seeing, or not seeing it?
Just sweep it under the rug reddit… That’s right nothing to see here…
I hate that “review bombing” has come to be considered a bad thing. It’s not always for a great reason, but it often is, and it’s one of the most prominent ways normal people have to make their voice heard against large companies. That’s obviously also the reason it’s been put down so much, but it sucks.
Yeah see I think if the reason for the negative review has to do with specific deficiencies in the product/subject, then its not review bombing. Like for example, with Reddit, a massive numger of negative reviews detailing the missing features, confusing UI, etc isn’t a review bombing. Even if its en masse.
But like, a bunch of people leaving negative reviews on a movie or product, without seeing/using it, because they disagree with something the company did or a casting choice, or a statement, is review bombing.
