My dad was a high school English teacher for decades before taking an early retirement last year. Administration banned the Handmaid’s Tale, one of his favorite books to teach. He became a suicidal alcoholic and was pushed out. Thankfully, he’s much happier now that he’s sober and spends most of his time woodworking, but it never should’ve come to this.
Sorry for his mental health break and the system that did it to him. I’m glad he’s better. Woodworking is a great choice.

Im sorry I meant not blue peter. Also this is a bit or really a reference and man its hard to explain. There is a bbc show called peep show and there is a guy superhans who talks about how crack is not blue peter which is a british kids show sorta similar to mister rogers.
Someone needs to stop OP holy shit he spams this instance with repost after repost of the same comic. Sometimes more than once.
I have never reposted the same comic but there is a guy who reposts all lemmy.ml to lemmy.world so maybe you are seeing that. There have been rare things early in the fediverse were issues caused multiple postings but I am not counting them.
