Instead, it should be “whose”, which is the possessive form of “who”. It’s equivalent to “yours” or “his”.

Perhaps, in order to simplify, William Bullokar would be a good answer? I’m sure I made mistakes here because one can’t discuss grammar without completely fucking it up.
