    i had a jumping worm infestation - they reproduce quickly, drive out earthworms and are very very difficult to kill.

        First i mixed 1/3 cup of dry mustard powder with 2 gallons of water. I poured some of this liquid over the soil. A hour later the jumping worms crawled to the surface of the Flower pots. I dug through the soil, collected the worms and put them in a ceramic pot, where they dehydrated. I did this every day for months until the population was greatly depleted. Later i tried diatomatous earth and that got the rest of them.
