I really like Weather Today since it has Apple’s weatherkit data, which is basically Dark Sky. It also has a really nice radar view and a per minute rain forecast. There is also Shadow Weather which has this support, but I find the UI to be less appealing.

Seconding Today Weather been using it for quite a while now
I really like that it it has the ability to have transparent backgrounds on its widgets and has several widgets to choose from.
Being able to choose which source you want your weather information to come from is also nice.
