Did you know when the United States illegally invaded Haiti and conquered it in the early 1900s they allowed an election too. The United States wrote a new constitution for Haiti, one that allowed foreign ownership of land and indemnified the US Armed Forces from any crimes committed. US Marines of course were stationed at all of the polling places, you could submit a white card to vote Yes or a black card to vote no. Except only the white card was on the table. Really really don’t say this often but Sam Altman has a point here.

Considering how little we teach the Banana Republic era in schools I wonder how few Americans recognize what’s going on here. How many of them know about the American conquest of Haiti or the Dominican Republic or any of the other dozen countries America conquered and pillaged.

I really don’t understand what you’re not getting about this. No one’s confused about sugar in apples versus juice. No one is confused about serving sizes. Move past that.

The question was are there exact standards. Is it based upon sugar content? Is it just all liquids? What’s your criteria? You said what’s healthy but that is so incredibly subjective I don’t know why you’d even bother writing it. You could find a dietitian to say you shouldn’t eat basically everything. Absolutely grapes. I’m not saying that. It seems like you’re not saying that. Which is why I’m confused because earlier your criteria, high sugar low fiber, would seem to exclude them.
