Maybe I don’t understand the question right but that’s just how evolution works. Nature doesn’t choose anything, the beetle doesn’t choose anything, it just happened to be a successful evolution trait that boosted survivability and you don’t see the failed evolutions.

Always remember nature never chooses anything, you just see the successful ones and the failed ones simply die off compared to others with better traits. The small traits add up over years and you have a new species. I am no expert but that’s how I understand it.

But the insane growth is because of hype. Doesn’t mean it’s useless or makes it invalid, but they would nowhere be this big if it wasn’t for the AI gold rush going on with all of their data centre cards being sold out immediately despite 50x profit margins and such.

From what I heard it’s usually a 45 mins to 1 hr game that can turn tide easily just by few key mistakes even if its early game. Locked in for an hour even when you know it’s a losing game with the same people. Quite easy to imagine how they can fester anger and toxicity without proper moderation.
